Meet Our Team
Covey Groff, AIA. LEED. AP.
Covey is a licensed architect in the state of Arizona and owner of AGA Solutions. He has experience working with fast roll-out projects as well as one-off custom designs. With over 16 years of experience in designing and managing projects, Covey is meticulous in planning and running projects. He values communication and holds firmly to a team-minded pursuit of excellence. Throughout his career, Covey has worked on various project types including hospitality, health care, office, compounding pharmacy, restaurant, bar, retail, agriculture, and industrial. His experience ranges from 100,000 square foot custom-designed retail spaces to ground-up industrial campuses throughout the United States to hundreds of fast-paced roll-out retail spaces.
Jesus Sanchez
Jesus is currently an architectural project manager at AGA Solutions with over 17 years of experience in Mexico and the United States on agricultural, commercial, institutional, industrial, pharmaceutical, and food industry projects. As an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, including architects, engineers, consultants and contractors, Jesus is a firm believer in hard work through collaboration and leadership by example. He reflects these values through his involvement in the various phases of a project.
Ozge Gungordu
Ozge has over 18 years of experience in architectural design including 3D visualization, quantity surveying, and cost analysis. She is currently an Architectural Project Manager at AGA Solutions. Her experience spans over a wide variety of industrial, cultivation, restaurant, retail, laboratory, and residential projects. She takes great care in the quality and time management in delivery of construction documents while providing interdisciplinary coordination. Ozge holds MSc in Architectural Informatics from 2014.
Daniel Jaimes
Daniel is an architectural designer with nearly a decade of experience specializing in design-driven projects across retail, residential, commercial, and cultural sectors. At AGAS, with a background steeped in the intricacies of design-driven fields, Daniel also carries extensive experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and coordination. This multi-faceted skill set enables him to deliver comprehensive solutions that provide clients and communities real results.
